Abstract

Abstract An amplifier circuit (1) has an input stage (2), at least one intermediate stage (3) and an output stage (4). MOSFET transistors are used in the at least one intermediate stage (3), and bipolar transistors are used in the input and output stage (2, 4). A very high amplification with small offset voltage and little noise can be attained.
