Abstract
Abstract A weight for balancing a plurality of information storage discs on a disc drive motor spindle hub. The weight is comprised of commerically available epoxy adhesive and filler material each of known density. A disc clamp which holds the information storage disc on the spindle provides a surface to which the filler material is secured through direct contact with the epoxy adhesive.
