Abstract
Abstract Fluorine-containing organic silicon compounds represented by the following general formula: <IMAGE> wherein n is any integer of 1 to 4, and x is any integer or 0 to 3; and a method of manufacturing the same compounds consisting of hydrosilylization between a hexafluoropropeneoxide oligoether derivative having an isopropenyl group at one end represented by the following formula: <IMAGE> wherein n is any integer from 1 to 4, and a silane represented by the following formula: <IMAGE> wherein x is any integer from 0 to 3.
