Abstract
Abstract The present invention comprises the serious side effect of mevinolin to depress body levels of coenzyme Q10 and to correspondingly depress cardiac function and the circumvention of this side effect by the clinical administration of a formulation of coenzyme Q10 concommitantly with the administration of the mevinolin.
