Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 17
Claim 1
Independent Claim 25 words
A point initiated geometric waveforming flexible explosive sheet comprising: a recurring sequence of alternating layers of explosive, foil, and a spacer forming material in order.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 25 words
A point initiated geometric waveforming flexible explosive sheet comprising: a recurring sequence of alternating layers of explosive, foil, and a spacer forming material in order.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 26 words
A flexible explosive sheet as set forth in claim 1 in which said sheet initiates a base charge whose detonation wave focuses about a geometric center.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 24 words
A flexible explosive sheet as set forth in claim 1 in which said foil layer is selected from a metal, plastic, or inorganic material.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 36 words
A flexible explosive sheet as set forth in claim 1 in which said space forming material has a thickness of from 0 to about 0.25 inches with a density of from 0 to about 2.5 9/cc.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 30 words
A flexible explosive sheet as set forth in claim 1 in which said foil layer is replaced with an explosive whose detonation velocity is much less than the explosive layer
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 27 words
A flexible explosive sheet as set forth in claim 1 in which said space forming material is selected from a metal, a plastic, or an inorganic foam.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 22 words
A flexible explosive sheet as set forth in claim 1, in which said explosive layer has a detonation velocity between 3-13 Km/s.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 31 words
A flexible explosive sheet as set forth in claim 1, in which said flexible explosive sheet surrounds a base charge to drive a collapsing liner or projectile into a penetrating device.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 29 words
A flexible explosive sheet as set forth in claim 1, in which said flexible explosive sheet initiates a base charge whose detonation wave diverges away from a geometric center.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 43 words
A flexible explosive sheet as set forth in claim 1 in which said layer of explosive material has a thickness of from about 0 to about 0.25 inches with a shock initiation sensitivity within a range of from 0 to about 0.25 inches.
Claim 12
Dependent Claim 32 words
A flexible explosive sheet as set forth in claim 1 in which said foil layer has a thickness of from 0-0.10 inches with a density of from 0 to about 20 g/cc.
Claim 13
Dependent Claim 30 words
A flexible explosive sheet as set forth in claim 4 in which said space forming material has a shock parameter within a range of from 0 to about 5 km/s.
Claim 14
Dependent Claim 32 words
A flexible explosive sheet as set forth in claim 10 in which said foil layer has a thickness of from 0-0.10 inches with a density of from 0 to about 20 g/cc.
Claim 15
Dependent Claim 36 words
A flexible explosive sheet as set forth in claim 10 in which said space forming material has a thickness of from 0 to about 0.25 inches with a density of from 0 to about 2.5 9/cc.
Claim 16
Dependent Claim 30 words
A flexible explosive sheet as set forth in claim 11 in which said space forming material has a shock parameter within a range of from 0 to about 5 km/s.
Claim 17
Dependent Claim 30 words
A flexible explosive sheet as set forth in claim 15 in which said space forming material has a shock parameter within a range of from 0 to about 5 km/s.
