Abstract A teletext receiving device for converting a teletext letter information into Braille for the blind users. The device includes a Braille head for converting a letter similar to the teletext letter on CRT into Braille, Braille code converter for converting the teletext letter code into Braille code; and Braille head driver for driving Braille head by an output signal of Braille code converter.
