Abstract
Abstract Vitamin and mineral-fortified beverages, especially carbonated beverages are disclosed. These beverages are stable and contain vitamin A in the form of encapsulated β-carotene, vitamin C and riboflavin. The beverages show enhanced calcium and iron absorption.
