Abstract
Abstract Superconductive thin layer of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7- δ in which reactions with the substrate are prevented in that at least the surface of the substrate consists of a compound having such a composition that in the Y 2 O 3 -BaO-CuO phase diagram it is situated on a segregation line with YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7- δ as shown in FIG. 1.
