Abstract

Abstract A trash bag holding bracket device which has a frame, which is preferably of a rectangular shape and which, preferably, includes means for the adjustability of the shape of such frame is disclosed. Attachment, in either a removable or fixed manner, is achieved by a plurality of clips, preferably located at points along the frame wherein such clips can adequately support the frame of the invention within the dimensions of the trash basket being used. The plurality of clips are to engage the upper rim of the trash basket in a manner wherein the clips surround the upper rim of the basket. Preferably, the clips are also shaped in a manner in which their shape reinforces the securement of the clips to the top portion of the basket.
