Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 16
Claim 1
Independent Claim 56 words
A light-sensitive material comprising a light-sensitive layer which contains silver halide grains, a reducing agent and an ethylenic unsaturated polymerizable compound provided on a support, said silver halide grains and polymerizable compound being contained in microcapsules which are dispersed in the light-sensitive layer, wherein the light-sensitive layer has a pH value of not higher than 7.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 56 words
A light-sensitive material comprising a light-sensitive layer which contains silver halide grains, a reducing agent and an ethylenic unsaturated polymerizable compound provided on a support, said silver halide grains and polymerizable compound being contained in microcapsules which are dispersed in the light-sensitive layer, wherein the light-sensitive layer has a pH value of not higher than 7.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 21 words
The light-sensitive material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light-sensitive layer has a pH value of from 5 to 6.5.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 16 words
The light-sensitive material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light-sensitive layer further contains an acid.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 17 words
The light-sensitive material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light-sensitive layer further contains an inorganic acid.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 25 words
The light-sensitive material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light-sensitive layer further contains an acid having a boiling point of 80° to 200° C.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 19 words
The light-sensitive material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light-sensitive layer further contains a color image forming substance.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 17 words
The light-sensitive material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reducing agent is contained in the microcapsules.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 21 words
The light-sensitive material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reducing agent has a pKa value of not lower than 9.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 16 words
The light-sensitive material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light-sensitive layer further contains a binder.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 78 words
An image forming method which comprises the steps of: imagewise exposing a light-sensitive material comprising a light-sensitive layer which contains silver halide grains, a reducing agent and an ethylenic unsaturated polymerizable compound provided on a support, wherein the light-sensitive layer has a pH value of not higher than 7; raising the pH value of the light-sensitive layer to a value of higher than 7; and simultaneously or thereafter heating the light-sensitive material to imagewise polymerize the polymerizable compound.
Claim 12
Dependent Claim 78 words
An image forming method which comprises the steps of: imagewise exposing a light-sensitive material comprising a light-sensitive layer which contains silver halide grains, a reducing agent and an ethylenic unsaturated polymerizable compound provided on a support, wherein the light-sensitive layer has a pH value of not higher than 7; raising the pH value of the light-sensitive layer to a value of higher than 7; and simultaneously or thereafter heating the light-sensitive material to imagewise polymerize the polymerizable compound.
Claim 13
Dependent Claim 27 words
The image-forming method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the silver halide grains and polymerizable compound are contained in microcapsules which are dispersed in the light-sensitive layer.
Claim 14
Dependent Claim 21 words
The image-forming method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the light-sensitive layer has a pH value of from 5 to 6.5.
Claim 15
Dependent Claim 25 words
The image-forming method as claimed in claim 10, the light-sensitive material is heated at an a temperature in the range of 80° to 200° C.
Claim 16
Dependent Claim 33 words
The image-forming method as claimed in claim 10, wherein after heating the light-sensitive material, the light-sensitive material is pressed on an image-receiving material to transfer the unpolymerized polymerizable compound to the image-receiving material.
