Abstract A data communication apparatus includes: a message information generating unit for generating message information; an index information generating unit for generating communication index information; a combining unit for combining the message information and the index information; a transmitting unit for transmitting the combined information combined by the combining unit; and a changing unit for changing the format and/or quantity of the index information depending on the page number of the combined information.
