Abstract
Abstract The novel compounds of the general formula ##STR1## where R 1 and R 2 are identical or different aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, aromatic or heterocyclic radicals which are free of groups which impart water solubility, X, Y and Z are each chlorine, bromine or a radical OR 3 and R 3 is unsubstituted or substituted phenyl, naphthyl or anthryl, are very useful as fluorescent dyes in organic material.
