Abstract
Abstract A thermistor element having a positive temperature-resistance coefficient. Electrodes are connected to the positive characteristic thermistor element, around which an outer member of an armor material is formed. The armor material is composed of a synthetic resin, in which 60-80 wt. % of an insulating filler consisting of, for example, silica, alumina or the like is mixed.
