Claim 6
Dependent Claim 57 words
A resonator as in claim 1 further comprising a dielectric substrate at a distance d d satisfying the relationship d g <d d <d m and positioned with respect to the slab, transducer and ground plane that the flux of electric field through the slab from the transducer is greater than when there is no dielectric substrate.
Claim 7
