Abstract A safety helmet includes a helmet shell, at least one accessory, and at least one plug connection for connecting the accessory to the helmet shell being detachable with a given opening force, each plug connection including an elastic plug having a socket formed therein and being fixed in an opening formed in the helmet shell, and a plug nipple fastened to the accessory being insertible and lockable in the socket.
