An optical plastic material according to claim 1, wherein said three-dimensional polymer is prepared by heating at least an unsaturated compound having a triphenylsilyl group of the following general formula (5) at 30° to 120° C. in the presence of a radical polymerization initiator: ##STR13## wherein R represents an acryloyl, methacryloyl, allyloxycarbonyl or allyl group.
