Abstract
Abstract Phenylacetic acid derivatives of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R 1 is hydrogen or ##STR2## wherein R 5 is an alkyl group of 1-6 carbon atoms or an aryl group; R 2 and R 3 are independently hydrogen or an alkyl group of 1-4 carbon atoms; R 4 is hydrogen or an alkyl group of 1-4 carbon atoms, have been found to possess immunomodulating activity.
