Abstract
Abstract A compressor of a type in which a plurality of pistons reciprocate in cylinders. A mechanism is provided to reduce pulsating of discharge pressure in the cylinder head. A high pressure chamber formed in the cylinder head is partitioned by a partition plate into a first high pressure chamber communicating with a plurality of discharge holes in the valve plate by means of a discharge valve and a second high pressure chamber communicated with a discharge opening formed in the cylinder head, and the pulsating is reduced by the passing of the gas through the first high pressure chamber and the second high pressure chamber.
