Abstract

Abstract The present invention is directed toward a highly flexible, silicone rubber coated inorganic yarn based sleeving and a process for making the invention comprising an inorganic yarn sleeving, i.e., glass fibers, formed into a sleeving which is then coated with a highly flexible silicone rubber which has a Shore-A durometer reading of about 40 or less of the cured silicone material.
