Abstract
Abstract A camera having an automatic focus detecting device arranged to form a focusing data required for adjusting a phototaking optical system into an in-focus state is provided with switch means for allowing the automatic focus detecting device to operate; and a storing device arranged to store and retain the focusing data over a predetermined period of time even with the switch means turned off either before or after an exposure.
