A fusible mixture of high electrical conductivity which comprises from 0.5 to 99%, by weight, of a TCNQ complex corresponding to the following formula: ##STR5## wherein D represents an electron donor or a cation; and n represents an integer of from 1 to 5; and from 1 to 99.5%, by weight, of one or more fusible, low molecular weight organic compounds, solid at room temperature, and selected from the group consisting of ethylene carbonate, aromatic hydrocarbons aromatic ketones, araliphatic or aromatic thioethers and araliphatic or aromatic sulphones.
