An ultrafine particle spraying apparatus comprising means for producing ultrafine particles; a nozzle means for spraying said ultrafine particles onto a surface in film of a desired pattern and for depositing said particles on and adherinig said particles to said surface in said desired pattern, said nozzle means comprising at least two nozzle pipes bundled together; and a converying means for conveying said ultrafine particles under pressure from said means for producing ultrafine particles to said nozzle means.
