Abstract

Abstract A closure member for an electrical activating assembly of the type to be installed in an electrical wire distributing floor structure. The closure member has an access port assembly supported for movement between an open position wherein wires may egress from the closure member, and a closed position. The access port assembly incorporates a resilient filler strip formed from heat resistant material. The filler strip is pre-slit to provide effective sealing around egressing wires independent of the diameter of the wire.
