Abstract
Abstract A personal, propellant-free antiperspirant product contains a moisture-absorbent polymer instead of or in addition to the usual metal salt. The product is applied to the skin to give a dry deposit containing the polymer for absorbing skin moisture such as perspiration. The polymer is capable of absorbing an amount of moisture at least equal to its own weight after depositing the product onto the skin.
