Abstract
Abstract An ink jet recording head comprises a photosensitive hardened resin film formed on a substrate to form at least portions of an ink path and an ink reservoir and a cover for the ink path and the ink reservoir. The cover has a recess formed in a portion thereof facing the ink reservoir.
