Abstract
Abstract A radiation shielding composite sheet material contains lead fibers of more than 99% purity and containing 50 to 500 ppm tin. The fibers are of mean length of 0.5 to 1.3 mm and are imbedded in a synthetic resin, such that the composite sheet has a specific gravity greater than 4.0.
