Abstract A novel (meth)acrylate represented by the general formula [I]: <IMAGE> +TR <IMAGE> wherein R1 stands for a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms; R2 and R3 each stand for a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; the mean value of m is 1 to 10 and the mean value of n is 1 to 10 and a resin composition comprising the same.
