Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 6
Claim 1
Independent Claim 43 words
A method for embedding circuitry comprising: (a) applying to said circuitry a pourable composition comprising (i) an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer having a molecular weight of from about 500 to about 20,000; and (ii) a curative; and (b) exposing the resultant structure to curing conditions.
Claim 2
Independent Claim 43 words
A method for embedding circuitry comprising: (a) applying to said circuitry a pourable composition comprising (i) an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer having a molecular weight of from about 500 to about 20,000; and (ii) a curative; and (b) exposing the resultant structure to curing conditions.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 12 words
The method of claim 1 wherein said copolymer is ethylene-propylene-non-conjugated diene terpolymer.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 14 words
The method of claim 2 wherein said curative is an organic peroxide or hydroperoxide.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 16 words
The method of claim 1 wherein said composition comprises, in addition, a coagent for said curative.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 20 words
The method of claim 2 wherein said non-conjugated diene is selected from the group consisting of 1,4-hexadiene, dicyclopentadiene, and 5-ethylidene-2-norbornene.
