Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 13
Claim 1
Independent Claim 84 words
An electrically conductive filler which is obtained by prolysis of a mixture of at least one metal phthalocyanine and at least one inorganic filler, wherein the mixture contains 5 to 99 parts by weight of metal phthalocyanine per 100 parts by weight of total mixture, and the pyrolysis is carried out at a temperature from 650° to 2,500° C. under a pressure of 0.5 to 20 bar in air, in an inert gas, in air with an increased oxygen content or in hydrogen gas.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 84 words
An electrically conductive filler which is obtained by prolysis of a mixture of at least one metal phthalocyanine and at least one inorganic filler, wherein the mixture contains 5 to 99 parts by weight of metal phthalocyanine per 100 parts by weight of total mixture, and the pyrolysis is carried out at a temperature from 650° to 2,500° C. under a pressure of 0.5 to 20 bar in air, in an inert gas, in air with an increased oxygen content or in hydrogen gas.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 20 words
An electrically conductive filler according to claim 1, in which the metal phthalocyanine is copper, nickel, cobalt or iron phthalocyanine.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 16 words
An electrically conductive filler according to claim 1, in which the metal phthalocyanine is copper phthalocyanine.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 20 words
An electrically conductive filler according to claim 1, in which the metal phthalocyanine is the crude β-form of copper phthalocyanine.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 24 words
An electrically conductive filler according to claim 1, in which the inorganic filler is aluminium oxide, wollastonite, iron oxide, titanium dioxide, mica or quartz.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 27 words
An electrically conductive filler according to claim 1, in which the inorganic filler is crystalline or amorphous quartz with a particle size of 0.01 to 1,000 μm.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 25 words
An electrically conductive filler according to claim 1, in which the pyrolysis is carried out at 800° to 1,200° C. under atmospheric pressure in air.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 24 words
A method of inducing electrical properties in high molecular weight organic material which comprises incorporating thereinto an electrically conductive filler according to claim 1.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 17 words
A method according to claim 8 wherein the high molecular weight organic material is an epoxy resin.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 21 words
A method of inducing electrical properties in inorganic material which comprises incorporating thereinto an electrically conductive filler according to claim 1.
Claim 12
Dependent Claim 14 words
High molecular weight organic material containing an electrically condutive filler according to claim 1.
Claim 13
Dependent Claim 32 words
An electrically conductive filler according to claim 1 wherein the mixture to be pyrolyzed contains 10 to 50 parts by weight of metal phthalocyanine per 100 parts by weight of total mixture.
