Abstract

Abstract A process for homo- and copolymerization of mono-1-olefins in the presence of a mixed catalyst comprising a component A the product of fluorinated magnesium alkoxide with tetravalent halogenated titanium compounds and as component B organoaluminum compounds which, optionally, contain an aromatic ester and/or an organoaluminum halide compound. The catalysts exhibit increased polymer productivity and less formation of soluble polymer.
