Abstract
Abstract A powder coating composition exhibiting good storage stability, having a particle size less than 100 microns and yielding a matte surface after hardening at a temperature of 170 DEG to 220 DEG C., comprising: a mixture of at least one hydroxyl group containing polyester, at least one isophorone diisocyanate isocyanurate partially blocked with epsilon -caprolactam having a melting point above 130 DEG C. and a free NCO content between 2 to 8 wt. % and additives.
