A method of imaging animal organs comprising administering an effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR8## wherein: R 1 is hydrogen or C 1 -C 2 alkyl; R 2 is hydrogen or C 1 -C 3 alkyl; R 3 is C 1 -C 4 alkyl or phenyl-C 1 -C 4 alkyl; R 4 is C 1 -C 8 alkyl; R 5 is C 6 -C 10 alkyl; R 6 is a radioiodine atom; and X is a therapeutically acceptable anion and scanning the organ region with a scinti-scanning means.
