Abstract

Abstract Shown are fully alkylated/arylated polyphosphazenes having side units bonded to the phosphorus backbone by direct carbon-phosphorus bonds. A method of preparing the polyphosphazenes includes the thermal decomposition of and elimination of silanes from suitably constructed N-silylphosphinimines.
