Abstract
Abstract An apparatus for and method of magnetically treating flowing fluids includes a housing into which a fluid stream is directed and in which the stream is divided into a plurality of separate flow paths. Each of the flow paths within the housing is subjected to a monopolar magnetic influence and a baffle configured to induce turbulence in the flow path to insure exposure of all of the fluid in the path to the monopolar magnetic influence. The separate flow paths are at least partially recombined to a single flow path and discharged from the housing.
