Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 4
Claim 1
Independent Claim 105 words
A sole for use with sport shoes comprising a rigid abrasion-resistant ground sole, the ground sole having a heel portion, an arch portion, and a toe portion, a resilient and elastic interlayer body bonded to the entire upper surface of said ground sole, the interlayer body being provided with a plurality of parallel grooves at the heel portion and the arch portion only on the surface of the interlayer body which extend transversely all the way from one side to the other side and are open to the air at the side wall of the interlayer body, the cross section of each groove being semicircular.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 105 words
A sole for use with sport shoes comprising a rigid abrasion-resistant ground sole, the ground sole having a heel portion, an arch portion, and a toe portion, a resilient and elastic interlayer body bonded to the entire upper surface of said ground sole, the interlayer body being provided with a plurality of parallel grooves at the heel portion and the arch portion only on the surface of the interlayer body which extend transversely all the way from one side to the other side and are open to the air at the side wall of the interlayer body, the cross section of each groove being semicircular.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 163 words
A sole for use with sport shoes comprising a rigid abrasion-resistant ground sole, the ground sole having a heel portion, an arch portion, and a toe portion, a resilent and elastic interlayer body bonded to the entire upper surface of said ground sole, the interlayer body being provided with a plurality of parallel grooves at the heel portion and the arch portion only on the surface of the interlayer body which extend transversely all the way from one side to the other side and are open to the air at the side wall of the interlayer body, the cross section of each groove being semicircular so as to have uniform distribution of stress, preferred absorbing power of impact load, and a durable shape, the resilience of the interlayer body and the air in the grooves permitting preferred absorption of impact load exerted against the heel portion of the sole at the time of landing and good restoration and long durability of arched shapes.
