Abstract
Abstract A tuning fork flexural quartz resonator is cut out from a Z plate rotated at 25°-165° around the X-axis as the rotary axis. The resonator with an excellent frequency sensitivity of about -100 ppm/°C. is obtained when the cut angle θ is 120°.
