Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 10
Claim 1
Independent Claim 72 words
Dielectrically heatable, polyolefin foamed mouldings consisting essentially of from 3 to 20% by weight, based on the foam, of an unsaturated polyester obtained by a process which comprises mixing polyolefin and 3 to 20% by weight, based on the foam to be formed, of an unsaturated polyester with a foaming agent and a crosslinking agent, extruding the mixture to a moulding, and then crosslinking and foaming the moulding by heating the moulding.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 72 words
Dielectrically heatable, polyolefin foamed mouldings consisting essentially of from 3 to 20% by weight, based on the foam, of an unsaturated polyester obtained by a process which comprises mixing polyolefin and 3 to 20% by weight, based on the foam to be formed, of an unsaturated polyester with a foaming agent and a crosslinking agent, extruding the mixture to a moulding, and then crosslinking and foaming the moulding by heating the moulding.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 18 words
Foamed mouldings as claimed in claim 1, containing from 5 to 10% by weight of an unsaturated polyester.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 12 words
Foamed mouldings as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polyester fully hardened.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 25 words
Foamed mouldings as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polyolefin is polyethylene or a mixture of polyethylene and at maximum 30% by weight chlorinated polyethylene.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 62 words
The process for producing dielectrically heatable, polyolefin foamed mouldings which comprises mixing a polymeric blend consisting essentially of a polyolefin and 3 to 20% by weight, based on the foam to be formed, of an unsaturated polyester with a foaming agent and a crosslinking agent, extruding the mixture to a moulding, and then crosslinking and foaming the moulding by heating the moulding.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 62 words
The process for producing dielectrically heatable, polyolefin foamed mouldings which comprises mixing a polymeric blend consisting essentially of a polyolefin and 3 to 20% by weight, based on the foam to be formed, of an unsaturated polyester with a foaming agent and a crosslinking agent, extruding the mixture to a moulding, and then crosslinking and foaming the moulding by heating the moulding.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 20 words
The process according to claim 5 wherein the polyester is mixed in the amount of 5 to 10% by weight.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 12 words
The process according to claim 5 wherein the polyester is fully hardened.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 25 words
The process according to claim 5 wherein the polyolefin is polyethylene or a mixture of polyethylene with up to 30% by weight of chlorinated polyethylene.
