Abstract
Abstract Amphoteric acrylic-based latexes are produced by the imination of from about 25% to about 75% of the carboxylic sites of base polymers latexes having an acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid content of from about 10 to about 35 weight percent, based on the total weight of monomers employed in such base polymers.
