Abstract

Abstract A refractometer for measuring refractive index of a media during a continuous process in which a light beam is directed to a prismatic body having a media surface contacting the boundary surface of the media and a mirror surface, the media surface reflecting a measurement light beam refracted by the media and the mirror surface a reference beam. The reference and media beams are directed to respective light detectors.
