Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 10
Claim 1
Independent Claim 37 words
A process for production of metal powder comprising reacting a halide of the metal, in vapor form, with a fine spray of molten sodium, the temperature of the reaction being below the melting point of the metal.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 37 words
A process for production of metal powder comprising reacting a halide of the metal, in vapor form, with a fine spray of molten sodium, the temperature of the reaction being below the melting point of the metal.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 23 words
The process of claim 1 in which the metal is selected from the group consisting of titanium, columbium, hafnium, uranium, vanadium, and zirconium.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 11 words
The process of claim 2 in which the metal is titanium.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 19 words
The process of claim 3 in which the temperature of the reaction ranges from about 100° to 1200° C.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 12 words
