Abstract
Abstract A method of assembling or testing a large-load, marine working platform structure, comprising the steps of laying sand on the bottom surface of a dock, and placing on the layer of sand spud cans attached to the lower ends of support frames of the working platform structure so as to scatter a load applied to the dock bed.
