Abstract
Abstract A method of electrically contacting a recording medium consisting of a support layer, an electrically conductive layer consisting of a binder having electrically conductive particles dispersed therein and a recording layer. A sharp electrode is pressed onto the recording medium with enough force to pierce the recording layer and establish electrical contact with the electrically conductive layer.
