A compound of the formula ##STR22## in which: R 1 is hydrogen, alkali metal, alkali earth metal, lower alkyl or pivaloyloxymethyl; R 2 is hydrogen or halogen; R 3 is hydrogen, halogen or piperazinyl unsubstituted or substituted by lower alkyl, (hydroxy)lower alkyl, (lower alkoxy)(hydroxy)lower alkyl, or phthalidyl; R 4 is hydrogen, halogen or lower alkoxy; or R 3 and R 4 together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached form a 5, 6 or 7-membered ring containing carbon atoms and 1 or 2 oxygen atoms; R 5 is hydrogen, halogen or piperazinyl unsubstituted or substituted by lower alkyl, hydroxy(lower alkyl) or (lower alkoxy)(hydroxy) lower alkyl, or phthalidyl; and R 12 is hydrogen or lower alkyl; provided that at least one of R 3 and R 5 is said unsubstituted or substituted piperazinyl, and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof.
