Abstract Marcromolecular compounds of mucolytic activity, non-absorbable by tissues, free from side-effects, compatible with antibiotics, and constituted by carbohydrates as their basic structure, to which enzymes and sulphydryl groups are bonded by suitable aliphatic chains.
