Abstract A compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R is a C 1 -C 4 alkyl group, a C 3 -C 4 alkenyl group or a C 3 -C 4 cycloalkyl group, X is a chlorine atom or a bromine atom and Y is a hydrogen atom or a C 1 -C 4 alkoxy group, which is useful as a herbicide.
