Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 7
Claim 1
Independent Claim 71 words
An oxygen and hydrogen generator comprising a water containing polymer having a plurality of photosensitive particles imbedded within the polymer which produce both hydrogen and oxygen by the photoelectrolysis of water when the photosensitive particles are excited by being exposed to light, said polymer having a plurality of open ended tubes extending into the polymer structure whereby the generated oxygen and hydrogen may pass within the tubes to the polymer surface.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 71 words
An oxygen and hydrogen generator comprising a water containing polymer having a plurality of photosensitive particles imbedded within the polymer which produce both hydrogen and oxygen by the photoelectrolysis of water when the photosensitive particles are excited by being exposed to light, said polymer having a plurality of open ended tubes extending into the polymer structure whereby the generated oxygen and hydrogen may pass within the tubes to the polymer surface.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 14 words
A generator as in claim 1 wherein the polymer surface has a negative charge.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 12 words
A generator as in claim 1 wherein the polymer surface is hydrophilic.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 12 words
A generator as in claim 1 wherein the polymer surface is hydrophobic.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 22 words
A generator as in claim 1 which is shaped into a contact lens and provides oxygen to the cornea of the eye.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 12 words
A generator as in claim 1 wherein the generated oxygen is collected.
