Abstract

Abstract A microwave heating apparatus comprising a stripline receiving a supply of a microwave from a coaxial line. The stripline comprises a center conductor formed on a dielectric base plate, the rear surface of which is formed with a ground conductor, wherein a plurality of slits are arranged distributed in the propagating direction of the microwave on the center conductor or ground conductor, thereby to form a ladder circuit portion. A material being heated such as a paper sheet is transferred on the ladder circuit portion, while the same is heated by the microwave leaked through the slits of the center conductor or the ground conductor.
