Abstract
Abstract Pesticidally active novel phosphoric (phosphonic) acid ester amides have the general formula ##STR1## wherein R 1 represents hydrogen or optionally substituted alkyl, R 2 represents optionally substituted alkyl or optionally substituted alkoxy, R 3 represents optionally substituted alkyl and Hal represents halogen, and are obtained if phosphoric (phosphonic) acid ester amides of the formula ##STR2## wherein R 1 , R 2 and Hal have the meanings given above, are reacted with trialkyl-chlorosilanes of the formula ClSi(R.sup.3).sub.3 (III) wherein R 3 has the meaning given above, in the presence of an acid acceptor and, if appropriate, in the presence of a solvent. The compounds (I) can be used as pest-combating agents, particularly as insecticides and acaricides.
