Abstract
Abstract A shape-selective hydrocracking catalyst prepared by making a composite of a hydrogenation component and a natural ferrierite that has been treated with oxalic acid to impart thereto catalytic activity for converting slightly branched as well as straight chain hydrocarbons. The catalyst is useful for hydrodewaxing and for upgrading naphtha.
