A compound having the formula: ##STR121## wherein R is hydrogen, unsubstituted phenyl, furyl or substituted phenyl, in which said substituted phenyl is substituted with from 1 to 5 substituents which are the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, alkoxy having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, hydroxy, halogen, halogenated alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, amino, mono-or di-alkyl amino in which the alkyl has 1 to 6 carbon atoms and --O'(CH 2 ) a --O-- bonded to any two adjacent carbon atoms of the phenyl nucleus and in which "a" is 1 or 2, m is zero or an integer of from 1 to 4, and A is --(CH 2 ) n -- in which in is an integer of 1 or 2, ##STR122## in which R 1 and R 2 , which can be the same or different, are lower alkyl or phenyl, or >C═O, and pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof.
